1. Customized Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All our products\u2014including printed mugs, t-shirts, bottles, photo frames, pillows, banners, and other personalized items\u2014are made to order. Once a product is customized with your design, photo, or text, it cannot be returned or exchanged<\/strong> unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You may request a return or replacement only if:<\/p>\n

    The product is damaged or broken<\/strong> during delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The print or design is incorrect<\/strong> (not matching your approved design or uploaded file).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    You received the wrong product or size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To be eligible, you must:<\/p>\n

      Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> by emailing us at vibeprint908@gmail.com<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Share unboxing photos or videos<\/strong> clearly showing the defect or issue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      We do not accept returns<\/strong> or offer refunds for:<\/p>\n

        Incorrect photos, spelling, or designs uploaded by the customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Minor color variations (due to display or printing differences).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Change of mind after placing the order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Refunds (If Applicable)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Once we receive your request and inspect the issue, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

          If approved, your refund will be processed within 5\u20137 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          The refund will be made through your original payment method<\/strong> or as store credit<\/strong>, as applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Replacement Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          If your request qualifies for a replacement, we will reprint and ship a new product at no extra cost<\/strong>. No additional refund will be provided once a replacement has been issued.<\/p>\n

          6. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours<\/strong> of placing them, provided the design or printing process has not started. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n
