Welcome to Vibe Print Studio. We value your trust and strive to provide the best quality customized products. Since our products are made especially for you, please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
All our products—including printed mugs, t-shirts, bottles, photo frames, pillows, banners, and other personalized items—are made to order. Once a product is customized with your design, photo, or text, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.
You may request a return or replacement only if:
The product is damaged or broken during delivery.
The print or design is incorrect (not matching your approved design or uploaded file).
You received the wrong product or size.
To be eligible, you must:
Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at vibeprint908@gmail.com
Share unboxing photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Incorrect photos, spelling, or designs uploaded by the customer.
Minor color variations (due to display or printing differences).
Change of mind after placing the order.
Once we receive your request and inspect the issue, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be made through your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
If your request qualifies for a replacement, we will reprint and ship a new product at no extra cost. No additional refund will be provided once a replacement has been issued.
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided the design or printing process has not started. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
