1. Order Processing Time

All customized products (such as mugs, t-shirts, photo frames, pillows, and more) are made to order.

Once your design, photo, or artwork is received and confirmed, production begins.

Order processing time: Usually 2–4 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.

Within City: 2–4 business days

Within State / Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

Rest of India: 5–9 business days

Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can use this tracking number to check the status on the courier’s official website.
5. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

Please record unboxing photos/videos immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and images/videos.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
