All customized products (such as mugs, t-shirts, photo frames, pillows, and more) are made to order.
Once your design, photo, or artwork is received and confirmed, production begins.
Order processing time: Usually 2–4 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
After dispatch, the delivery time depends on your location and the courier service.
Within City: 2–4 business days
Within State / Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Rest of India: 5–9 business days
Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Free shipping is available on select products and promotional offers.
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for bulk orders or remote delivery areas.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:
Please record unboxing photos/videos immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and images/videos.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
